- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either exchange or return the item(s) and receive a store credit.
- Item(s) must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition (including all paperwork and original packaging). Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant or wear.
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return item(s).
- Lady D’s Closet is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Dept. in Houston, TX.
- Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping a return, as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Lady D’s Closet will not issue store credit for your return.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Returns Dept.
